The room I stayed in was clean and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep despite being near the hustle and bustle of Anaheim.

The check-in process was frustrating due to unhelpful staff who displayed a rude attitude when I had queries about my reservation.

The $100 cash deposit seems excessive!!! Cold rooms without blankets left me freezing!!! Rude front desk staff made for a night of frustration!!! No hot water in the shower felt like a cliché horror story!!!

the rooms here are laughably dirty and full of mold, which is just delightful. i asked for a blanket and was told it wasn't included, despite the cold! as a traveler, i expected at least decent service, yet the staff was beyond rude. it was so bad that i almost thought about giving a good review, but could not after all!

Frustrating stay with too many unexpected charges

I couldn't believe how many hoops I had to jump through just to check in and get my room. First, I was charged twice—once through Priceline and then again when I arrived, with a ridiculous $100 cash deposit on top! The staff was unhelpful and rude, and while I expected at least a comfortable room, it was quite the opposite. I do not recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

friendly staff

Recommend it for budget travelers

The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. Only a short drive from Disneyland made it convenient to get back and relax after long park days.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the price was still acceptable for what you get.
